Shipping policy
At Kaari, we are committed to delivering your order securely and on time, while ensuring every product is thoroughly checked for quality before dispatch. All orders require approximately 2–4 working days for processing, inspection, and packaging. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are processed on the next working day. Once your order has been shipped, the overall delivery lead time is up to 3 weeks, which includes both processing and transit duration.
For domestic orders within India, shipping is offered free of charge. After dispatch, domestic deliveries generally fall within our overall 3-week timeline, depending on the customer’s location and courier availability. Express delivery may be arranged upon special request, subject to approval, and additional charges will apply. For international orders, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, volume, and destination of the package. International deliveries also fall within the 3-week lead time, though certain destinations may take slightly longer depending on customs processes.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges for international orders are not included in the shipping fee. These charges are imposed by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival. Kaari is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, local authorities, weather conditions, strikes, remote delivery zones, or other unforeseen courier-related issues.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update. We ensure that every item undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch and is packaged carefully to avoid damage during transit. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing kaariofficial1@gmail.com.
