Returns, Alterations & Cancellation Policy
At Kaari, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made with meticulous attention to detail. Due to the nature of our production process, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any orders—whether domestic or international, ready-to-ship, made-to-order, or custom. This policy ensures that every garment is created exclusively for you with uncompromised craftsmanship.
ALTERATIONS
1. Kaari accepts alterations only under the following exceptional circumstances:
2. The merchandise delivered is damaged or defective.
3. You receive an incorrect product instead of the item ordered.
4. The fit is significantly off based on our official size guide.
In any of the above cases, the customer must notify our team within 24 hours of delivery. The email must include:
-A clear explanation of the issue
-Photographs of the product and all problem areas
-The order number
Once we review the request and approve it, the garment must be shipped back to Kaari in unused, unworn condition, with all original tags, packaging, and protective materials intact. Approval for accepting the piece for alterations is entirely at the discretion of Kaari, based on the garment’s condition and the timelines communicated.
Courier charges for sending the item back to Kaari are to be borne by the customer. Kaari will cover the courier charges for sending the corrected piece back to the customer. Upon approval, necessary corrections will be made and the updated delivery timeline will be shared.
Alterations requested after three months from the date of purchase will be chargeable, depending on the extent of work required.
FIT & SIZING
We encourage customers to refer to Kaari’s standard size chart to determine the best fit for their body type. Fit may vary depending on the style, cut, and silhouette of each garment. All garments are designed with an ease margin of approximately 3–4 inches beyond the measurements listed on the size chart, ensuring comfort and movement.
For bespoke or custom-made pieces, the fit is based strictly on the measurements provided by the customer. If the garment fit varies due to inaccurate or incomplete measurements, any alteration will be chargeable. Customisation requests—including changes in style, sizing, embellishment, or construction—may also incur additional charges based on the complexity of the modifications.
COLOR VARIATIONS
Product images displayed on the website may appear slightly different in color due to lighting, screen settings, and digital display variations. Minor variations in dye, print, weave, or texture may occur as part of natural or manual processes and do not qualify as defects or quality concerns. These subtle irregularities contribute to the authenticity and uniqueness of handcrafted garments.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Once an order has been placed and processed, cancellations or refunds cannot be accommodated. As each piece is specially handcrafted for the customer, Kaari reserves the right to accept or decline an order at any time. Refunds are not provided under any circumstance except in cases where Kaari is unable to fulfil an order due to unforeseen reasons.
SALE & PROMOTIONS
Sale prices and promotional offers are applicable only for items listed under the sale section on the official Kaari website. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, altered, or customised. No exceptions will be made.
DELIVERY POLICIES
Kaari currently does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid. Domestic shipping charges are fully covered by Kaari, while international shipping costs are calculated at checkout and must be paid by the customer. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the recipient’s country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
